NewCore Emerges From Stealth Mode With $66 Million in Funding

Israeli cybersecurity startup NewCore has emerged from stealth with $66 million in seed funding from Cyberstarts, Index Ventures, and Evolution Equity Partners. Based in Tel Aviv, the company was founded by cybersecurity veterans and Israeli intelligence alumni Zohar Alon, Amihai Neiderman, and Erez Yarkoni.
NewCore has developed a security-first identity platform designed for enterprises managing human, machine, and AI agent identities. The platform aims to reduce identity-related risks, control access, and identify exposures across complex environments.
Its technology includes Secure Split Key (SSK) to protect against attacks such as session theft, Golden SAML, and token replay. The platform also supports AI coding agents including Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, while continuously identifying shadow accounts, orphaned credentials, and unmanaged agents.
NewCore says its platform can be deployed within hours and supports migration from existing identity systems with zero downtime.
