Since 2015, we bridge the gap between Israeli cyber excellence and European enterprise demand.
We are a venture capital firm investing in early-stage Israeli cyber-security and AI startups. We bridge two worlds: Israel's unmatched cyber and AI innovation ecosystem and Europe's enterprise market, providing founders with both strategic capital and proven distribution channels.
We offer more than capital: direct enterprise buyer access, go-to-market guidance for European markets, regulatory positioning support, and exit strategy planning from investors who've built the bridge before.
Qino Cyber Capital is a strategic partnership between Switzerland-based Cyverse AG (www.cyverse.ch) and Cyprus-based Qino Management & Advisory Ltd (www.qino.com). The partnership provides business development and corporate management services for the EU region with a focus on the German-speaking region and Cyprus.

We can support Israeli startups to benefit from the Cyprus establishment and relocation initiatives to attract high tech companies. There are already more than 800 high tech companies established in Cyprus who benefit from numerous tax advantages (on the corporate and personal levels) and advantages associated with having an EU base.
We make investments in promising startups from the Israeli high-tech eco-system primarily at Seed and Series A stage. Such investments are carried out primarily by our Cyprus-based companies Qino Cyber Capital Ltd (registered under HE464340) and Qino Cyber Capital Two Ltd (registered under HE473402).
The companies’ offices are located close to the new port in Limassol in close proximity to a range of international high-tech companies. Directors of both companies are Shira Kaplan and Gerhard Auer.
